Our fees are designed to be fair and reasonable, and we strive to keep them that way. We appreciate payment at the time services are rendered. To make payment convenient for you, we accept cash, personal and business checks, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, and American Express and dental insurance coverage.

 

Insurance
As a service to you, our team will happily submit charges for your services to your insurance company on your behalf. However, please note that you are responsible for the fees at the time of the visit. We are in-network with most insurances, however it’s important to speak to a member of our team to understand if you are in-network. Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment and a completed insurance claim form so it may be entered properly into your records.
